Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Teacher for our FS2 (Foundation Stage 2) class. The ideal candidate will be an English speaker with a bachelor’s degree in education or a related field, capable of creating a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment that supports young children’s development and prepares them for the next stage of their education. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework or equivalent curriculum standards. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Assess and monitor individual student regularly progress, providing feedback and support tailored to each child's needs. Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and colleagues regarding student progress and wellbeing. Manage classroom behavior and encourage positive interactions among students. Collaborate with other teaching staff and participate in professional development opportunities. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized learning environment. Uphold school policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health & safety guidelines. Requirements Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a closely related field. Native English speaker (essential). Proven experience teaching young children (FS2 or equivalent age group). Familiarity with EYFS or similar early years curriculum frameworks. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to create a warm, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment. Passionate about early childhood education and development. Preferred Skills: Certification in first aid or child safeguarding (preferred). Experience with additional languages or multicultural environments. Strong organizational and classroom management skills. Creative approach to teaching and learning activities.
