- End-to-End Recruitment: Own the full recruitment lifecycle for our Build pillar. From initial briefing and creative sourcing to technical screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation, you will ensure we bring the best talent into the sales team (high volume hiring)
- Pillar Partnership: Partner closely with hiring managers to ensure consistency in our recruitment strategy, pipeline health, and hiring velocity.
- HR Administration: Pick up and execute core HR operations tasks, logging contract variations, employee lifecycle paperwork, and ensuring smooth local compliance steps.
- Onboarding & Lifecycle: Run an exceptional onboarding process for new starters, making sure their first weeks are structured, supportive, and full of tail wags.
- Systems Management: Closely administer HiBob as our central HRIS to maintain candidate-to-employee data integrity, run reports, and optimize workflows.
- Engagement Activities: Help design and drive internal team engagement initiatives and culture events, keeping our teams connected and looking out for each other.
A bit about the team you’ll be joining: You will sit directly within our central People Team, but you will dotted line into the Build pillar to maintain consistency across our recruitment standards. You will work closely with People Lead, Hiring Managers, and our central Build team to drive operational excellence and a seamless employee journey.
- Solid Recruitment Background: You have a proven track record (2 years) of managing full-cycle recruitment in high volume / sales in a fast-paced environment (in-house or agency), with an ability to map markets and source passive talent creatively.
- Curious About HR: You have a genuine interest in broadening your craft into HR operations, employee engagement, and data administration. You see admin not as a chore, but as a vital part of candidate and employee care.
- Systems-minded: You are comfortable working with HRIS or ATS platforms and love finding ways to streamline and automate manual processes to keep us fast and agile.
- Hands-on, zero ego, proud of your craft: You are willing to roll your sleeves up to source for a high hiring target, fix a broken onboarding workflow, or work through highly detailed admin tasks.
- Analytical & Proactive: You don't wait to be told what’s broken or where the pipeline is stalling; you spot patterns in data and feedback to turn insights into practical improvements.
- Strong Communicator: You deliver a warm, transparent, and highly engaging candidate experience that leaves people smiling, regardless of the interview outcome.
- Initial call with your dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner, carried out remotely.
- Skills interview, carried out remotely (60 min)
- Behaviours interview, carried out in person (60 min)
We usually expect our interview process to take 3-5 weeks, end to end.
