What We Offer

The Director of Home Health directs and manages daily operations of Home Health Services. This includes, management of the annual department budget, staff productivity, and analysis and management of variances. This role keeps abreast of regulatory requirements and maintains state of survey readiness, directs patient satisfaction program and referral relations, including complaint management, and provides oversight of quality, staff education, and competencies

Monday-Friday; 8:30am-5:00pm

Larkspur Office; 4 days onsite required

Responsibilities

→Degree as a registered nurse. Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field; BSN preferred.
→Minimum of three years supervisory experience in a health care (preferably Home Health) setting.

Current license as a registered professional nurse in the State of California
Home Care Manager Certification, Home Care Administrator Certification preferred.
