About the Role
~1 min readAs a Partner Coordinator, you will manage and optimize partner performance across product suppliers and field service operations. You will oversee partner claims, operational processes, and packaging optimization – ensuring partners meet performance standards while contributing to overall profitability and growth.
You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to strengthen delivery performance, integration quality, and operational efficiency.

Handle product and SLA claims toward suppliers
Ensure fast resolution and accountability in partner-related issues
You are analytical, structured, and solution-oriented, with a strong interest in logistics, supply chain, and e-commerce operations. You enjoy combining operational coordination with performance improvement initiatives.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in transportation, logistics, or similar fields
Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics flows, and/or e-commerce models
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics-related systems
Fluency in Swedish and English
Requirements
