Lead UX/UI Designer

6+ years of visual design and UX experience // 3+ years designing enterprise applications // At least 2 years of leading a design team // Figma, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Sketch or similar tools // HTML, CSS

We are a world-class engineering team that encompasses front end (UI), back end (API / Java / Node.js), mobile (Android/IOS), and Big Data engineering to deliver compelling products.

You will be a key member of the product team, responsible for shaping data products. You will have the opportunity to work with the C-level staff, business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to define the next-generation customer data management and marketing software. 

Responsibilities

• Lead and define the user experience across all of our products and business mediums.

• Work with the product owner and scrum master to understand requirements, and creatively develop the product strategy and vision.

• Develop information architecture, wireframes, and visual designs that are very contemporary and functional.

• Take ownership of the company design language, continuously refine it to stay contemporary and cutting-edge. 

• Help maintain visual and brand consistency between all products and outlets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree. Engineering background preferred.

• 6+ years of visual design and UX experience, of which at least 2 years of leading a design team. 3+ years of designing enterprise applications.

• A skilled storyteller with experience working in a multidisciplinary environment to develop concepts that delight customers and deliver business results.

• A compelling portfolio of work that demonstrates high-quality design work that also tells a story that you are a deep design thinker. 

• Strong information presentation (visual and written) skills.

• Experience with Figma, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Sketch or similar tools. 

• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS.
