Consilium is looking for a recruitment consultant that has a true desire to build relationships and drive their business via the phone. The ideal candidate has at least one year of metric driven recruitment experience. They must have outstanding work ethic, a competitive spirit, and the ability to work in a team environment. Above all, the recruitment consultant must be able to create and cultivate functional partnerships with Physicians, Physician Assistants, and Nurse Practioners.
Basic Requirements

Minimum of one year metric driven recruitment experience
Phone sales experience
Strong work ethic
Ability to both compete and collaborate in a team setting
