Working closely with HR professionals, Recruitment, Payroll, leaders, and employees, you will coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities, maintain HR systems and employee records, support position management activities, and help ensure HR processes are delivered accurately, efficiently, and with a strong focus on service excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communications, and recruitment documentation.
  • Support onboarding activities, including documentation, system access requests, orientation scheduling, and employee communications.
  • Prepare employment agreements, letters, and other employment-related documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and HR data within HR systems, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and data integrity.
  • Process employee lifecycle changes, including hires, promotions, transfers, leaves, compensation updates, organizational changes, and terminations.
  • Support position management activities, including creating and updating positions, maintaining organizational structures, and coordinating position changes.
  • Generate reports and maintain HR documentation, templates, trackers, SharePoint resources, and other employee-related materials.
  • Respond to employee and leader inquiries regarding HR policies, processes, programs, and employment-related matters.
  • Support learning administration, compliance reporting, employee offboarding activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with Payroll and other stakeholders to support employee data, timekeeping administration, and related inquiries.

What You'll Bring

  • 1-3 years of experience in human resources, recruitment coordination, HR administration, or a related support role.
  • Experience working with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, learning management systems, and Microsoft Office applications is considered an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
