Logistic Support Analyst I

• →Execute local and international purchasing activities according to business requirements and company policies.
• →Manage supplier communications, request quotations, prepare purchase orders, and follow up on deliveries.
• →Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
• →Support and execute import and export activities, including customs documentation, freight coordination, and regulatory compliance.
• →Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records within company systems.
• →Perform inventory transactions, cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and support physical inventory activities.
• →Coordinate the receipt, inspection, storage, and distribution of materials, equipment, and spare parts.
• →Work closely with logistics providers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and suppliers to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• →Maintain accurate procurement, inventory, import/export, and logistics records within ERP and business systems.
• →Analyze inventory, purchasing, and logistics data to identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency.
• →Support continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization efforts within the Supply Chain function.
• →Assist in maintaining compliance with company procedures, quality requirements, and applicable trade regulations.
• →Provide operational support to internal customers to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.

Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in one of the following disciplines, or related fields:

• Industrial Engineering (Ingeniería Industrial)
• Civil Industrial Engineering (Ingeniería Civil Industrial)
• Logistics Engineering (Ingeniería en Logística)
• Commercial Engineering (Ingeniería Comercial)
• International Trade (Comercio Exterior)
• Supply Chain Management
• Operations Management
• Engineering Technology programs with a focus on operations, logistics, or business management

• Previous experience in procurement, logistics, inventory management, warehousing, or import/export operations is desirable but not mandatory.
• Candidates with internship, university project, or entry-level experience related to operations, logistics, or supply chain activities are welcome.

• Interest in supply chain, procurement, logistics, inventory control, and international trade activities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus, but not required.
• Advance English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
