Requirements

Experience: 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years explicitly focused on cost accounting in a manufacturing environment (Medical Device, Life Sciences, or Hardware experience is highly preferred).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Deep understanding of US GAAP, inventory valuation methods, and standard costing principles.
Systems: Advanced proficiency in Excel and hands-on experience with top-tier ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite,
Exceptional analytical skills, strong cross-functional communication abilities, and a proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
