After years of careful fine-tuning and improvements, we released Cala kIQ — our most sophisticated therapy yet. Our products have empowered thousands of people to get back to their lives with confidence and ease.

But we won’t stop there. Our pioneering technology can be applied across neurology, cardiology, and so much more. It’s all part of our mission to help people in their struggle with chronic disease. We’re only just getting started.

Cala Health is seeking a Director of Marketing to join our team. The role will report to the Vice President of Marketing and will have direct reports.  The Director of Marketing will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive adoption, penetration, and revenue growth. This role will drive commercial planning and integrated marketing campaigns for market leadership and to accelerate growth.  The Director will work closely with cross functions, including Upstream Product Marketing, Customer facing functions, R&D, Regulatory and Legal to consistently deliver high-impact programs and solutions. 

  • Lead the execution of commercial strategic plans to drive revenue, profitability, and overall company objectives.
  • Define and shape go-to-market strategies, encompassing product, process, and customer journey initiatives.
  • Spearhead comprehensive commercial launch plans, including positioning, messaging, branding, evidence strategies, and KOL engagement.
  • Drive market awareness and adoption by identifying growth opportunities and gathering insights that align with patient and provider needs.
  • Manage integrated marketing channels (digital, conferences, social media, etc.) and oversee vendor partnerships to maximize reach and ROI.
  • Engage regularly in the field to build relationships with key physicians and sales leadership, gaining critical market insights to drive innovation.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while defining and tracking key KPIs to measure engagement, preference, and retention.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of marketing experience in FDA regulated product management and commercialization.
  • Downstream marketing in medical device, diagnostics or related field, 
    • DME experience a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Science or Engineering,
    • MBA preferred.
  • Previous Management experience required.
  • Forward-thinking and highly analytical mindset with a track record of inspiring teams and driving cross-functional alignment.
  • Proven ability to translate long-term commercial vision into structured, actionable plans that deliver business results.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving results in a fast-paced, evolving landscape.
  • Outstanding communication, organization collaboration.
