Responsibilities:
- Infection Preventionist (IP):
- Responsible for the facility's infection surveillance, outbreak prevention, and control protocols.
- Ensures adherence to CDC and public health guidelines, audits hand-hygiene, manages isolation precautions, and leads antibiotic stewardship programs.
- Staff Development Coordinator (SDC):
- Responsible for the continuous education, clinical training, and competency management of the facility's medical staff.
- Designs orientation programs for new hires and manages mandatory regulatory training.
Qualifications:
- Current RN state licensure without any enforcement action against it
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing setting preferred
- Previous Infection Control and Education experience preferred
- Ability to speak, understand, read and write in English

Compensation for roles at Caldera Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by state and local law, Caldera Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Caldera Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington as stated below:
Pay Range: $44.00 - $50.00/HR DOE
