Social Worker

• Degree in Social Work
• Eligibility for membership of the AASW
• Demonstrated ability to provide a high standard of evidence based clinical assessment and intervention to a variety of presentations
• Proven ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
• experience working in the area of palliative care, Oncology, Rehabilitation 
• A current Driver's License
