• →Work in interdisciplinary teams to craft test items and performance tasks to measure what students have learned
• →Finds stimulus material for test use, obtaining copyright permission as needed
• →Craft and review the items themselves, using our state-of-the-art tools to create highly interactive items, simulations, and other types of tasks
• →Participates in group item reviews
• →Records team feedback on test items at one-on-one meetings and group review sessions
• →Assists with the assembly of field test and operational test forms
• →Contributes to the creation of ancillary testing materials for interpretive guides, score reports, and item release websites
• →Helps senior staff in the management of test item pools and the development of new assessments, products, and services
• →Assists with the creation of test specifications

• Bachelors degree in English or related field is required.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated imagination, analysis skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to identify problems and conceptualize solutions.
• Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with others.
• Required travel for this position ranges from 1 to 6 trips per year. Candidates should be able to travel as required for 2-3 days at a time, including, and especially, summer months.
