About the Role
~1 min readWe are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead performance marketing strategy and execution across multiple global markets. This is a senior individual contributor role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on campaign ownership — you will define channel priorities, manage multi-market budgets, drive creative testing, and build the systems and frameworks that scale our campaigns over time.
Responsibilities
~1 min readOwn end-to-end execution of paid advertising campaigns across multiple international markets
Manage campaign setup, optimization, and reporting across Google, Meta, and local platforms
Balance promotional and evergreen campaigns to maintain growth while maximizing efficiency
Ensure high-quality execution through QA processes and proactive troubleshooting
Strategically allocate and monitor budgets across channels and markets
Analyze performance metrics and implement adjustments to optimize efficiency and hit business goals
Develop forecasting models and predictive tools for multi-market spend and ROI planning
Design and implement structured creative testing frameworks across messaging, formats, and audiences
Collaborate with internal and external teams to generate and iterate on high-performing creative assets
Apply learnings systematically to improve ongoing campaign performance
Build scalable processes, templates, dashboards, and playbooks to streamline campaign execution
Automate repetitive tasks and improve campaign setup workflows where possible
Establish quality control frameworks to reduce errors and improve consistency
Collect, synthesize, and analyze campaign data across platforms and markets
Provide actionable insights to leadership and cross-functional partners to inform strategy and optimization
Partner with data and finance teams to enhance reporting accuracy and insight quality
Leverage AI tools to optimize ad targeting, bid strategies, and budget allocation across markets
Use AI-driven analytics to identify trends, predict performance, and automate reporting
Implement AI-assisted creative testing workflows, including automated variant generation and messaging optimization
Explore automation to streamline repetitive tasks and cross-market reporting
Requirements
~1 min readProven experience managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels and international markets
Strong multi-market and cross-cultural marketing understanding, including platform-specific nuances
Advanced budgeting skills — allocation, pacing, and optimization across markets
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Experience with creative testing frameworks and continuous optimization
Process-oriented mindset with the ability to build scalable systems and playbooks
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking and process improvement
Professional English proficiency
Nice to Have

Familiarity with attribution and analytics platforms (e.g. Appsflyer, Adjust, GA4, Looker)
Experience with AI tools applied to marketing automation or creative testing
Experience with local or regional ad platforms (Naver, Kakao, etc.)
A self-starter who takes ownership and operates with high autonomy
Strategic thinker who is also comfortable doing the work
Detail-oriented, data-driven, and able to move fast without sacrificing quality

Paid campaigns across assigned markets consistently meet or exceed performance KPIs
Budgets are allocated strategically, executed efficiently, and reported with accuracy
Campaign frameworks, playbooks, and templates are documented and scalable
Creative testing and automation are systematically improving baseline performance
You are recognized as a strategic thought partner by leadership and cross-functional teams
