Position Title: Armed Security Flex Officer

The Armed Flex Officer supports multiple sites throughout Palm Beach County. This role requires maximum flexibility and readiness to respond to call-offs, new assignments, and emergency coverage.

Responsibilities

→Conduct patrol, access control, and reporting duties
→Maintain communication with Command Center
→Transport equipment or documentation between sites if needed
→Uphold uniform and appearance standards

Requirements

Valid Florida Class D & G Security Licenses
Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
Minimum 3 years security experience (military/law enforcement preferred)
Open availability (days, nights, weekends)
Reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed where applicable)
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass background screening and drug test

Adaptability and reliability
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently
Professional customer service skills

Frequent travel between sites
Indoor and outdoor posts
Extended standing and patrol
