  • With 20+ years experience of serving the industry through its digital transformation, we’re stable, profitable, and have developed a loyal customer base (that continues to grow).
  • We build software for summer camps, an industry that enables meaningful experiences for kids.
  • We work on interesting, ambitious projects that create real value for our clients.
  • We know our team members feel their work has an impact on the organization’s purpose.
  • At the same time, we are genuinely committed to work/life balance. Our team members feel they have the flexibility to take time off when needed and feel supported in making use of flexible working arrangements.
  • We invest in emerging technology and cutting-edge leadership and are proud to take an "AI-Enabled" approach in our solutions.
  • We’ve been listed on Outside Magazine’s 50 Best Places to Work for 8 consecutive years for our values-led culture and employee experience.

Camp directors judge us by how confidently and independently they can run their operations in our platform, from initial launch through every season that follows. This role owns that experience through two equally important pillars: Implementation and Learning. You'll set the strategic direction and roadmap for both, keeping our white-glove onboarding sharp for our most complex accounts while building the content, curriculum, and systems that let smaller camps get up and running largely on their own. As we modernize our platform, the roadmap you set here becomes the foundation for how every camp learns our system, for years to come.

  • Own the strategic direction and roadmap for both Implementation and Learning, deciding what gets built, in what order, and why, grounded in data rather than instinct.
  • Manage and develop your team of implementation specialists and learning content specialists, setting clear priorities and standards and holding people accountable to them.
  • Direct execution of Implementation, guiding your team's priorities and standards for how camps move through technical setup and onboarding.
  • Direct execution of Learning, guiding your team's priorities for the curriculum, self-serve content, and knowledge base infrastructure that let classic and small camps launch with far less hands-on support.
  • Design learning programs and implementation processes built to flex, not just scale, so they hold up as the UI evolves and new technologies (including AI-driven tools) reshape how camps interact with the platform.
  • Partner across Support, Success, Sales, and Product — working especially closely with Product to keep Learning ahead of platform changes, so new features and modernization efforts launch with the training and content camps need already in place, not built after the fact.
  • Define and report on the metrics that prove both pillars are working, from launch quality and time-to-value to support case deflection, and adjust the roadmap based on what the data shows.
  • You've managed people, including motivating a team, holding people accountable to clear expectations, and managing a budget responsibly.
  • You've set strategy for an area of a business, translating goals into priorities, tradeoffs, and a clear plan for how the work should move forward.
  • You have experience with Learning and Implementation roles in SaaS businesses, and are familiar with best practices in those disciplines, including how AI is changing customer onboarding, enablement, and learning.
  • You've used real data to set priorities, make tradeoffs, and explain why one path should come before another, even if you have not owned the full roadmap for a function before.
  • You know how to define what success should look like, track whether the work is having the intended impact, and adjust your approach when the data says something is not working.
  • You've represented your work in a high-stakes conversation, whether that's with a senior leader, a frustrated customer, or a cross-functional group with competing priorities.
  1. 45 min - interview with People & Culture
  2. 60 min - interview with Hiring Manager
  3. Phase 3:
    1. 60 min - interview with a Client Services Leader
    2. 60 min - interview with Head of Product Insights

We're actively taking steps to make sure our culture is inclusive and that our processes and practices promote equity for all, including people of color, people from working-class backgrounds, women, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. We welcome and encourage applications from people with these identities or members of other historically marginalized groups.

Research shows that women and people of color tend not to apply to jobs unless they believe they are 100% qualified and apply to fewer senior-level positions. With that in mind, we encourage you to apply if you're not sure whether you meet our qualifications. We'd love to have the opportunity to consider you!

We encourage applications from parents, parents-to-be, and those responsible for the caretaking of others. We offer paid parental leave for birthing and non-birthing parents (including for adoption, surrogacy, and foster care placement) and paid loss leave to recover from miscarriage or stillbirth. The company's HSA and wellness allowance contributions may be used toward childcare, eldercare, adoption fees, and fertility treatments like IVF, among other expenses.
