Oracle Cloud - HCM Functional Consultant

4-6 years of experience working in Oracle HCM Fusion Minimum two full implementation cycle experience with Core HCM Hands-on experience with all setup areas of Core HCM Understanding of security roles, security profiles, and role customizations Familiarity with building OTBI reports for HCM Familiarity with at least two of the following modules: Absence Management Talent Management Benefits Payroll Compensation Time and Labor ORC / Taleo OLC Requirements Excellent communication both verbal & written Good general IT skills Client-facing experience Proven track record in determination and interpretation of client business requirements and mapping those requirements to Oracle cloud functionality Should be collaborative and team-oriented Ability to multi-task and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment Able to work independently and consider cross-functional and downstream impacts with close attention to detail Must be good with presentation skills Educational Qualification: Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, HR, or equivalent experience in HCM.
