Directeur Amélioration continue / CI Manager

Le/la Responsable Amélioration Continue (CI Manager) dirigera les initiatives d’amélioration continue au sein de l’installation de maintenance et de réparation de wagons de GATX. Il sera le champion CI sur le site, garantissant l’adoption complète des composantes Sécurité, Qualité, Livraison et Coût (SQDC), animera des événements Kaizen et Blitz générant des améliorations mesurables et durables, intégrera les pratiques 5S et pilotera le processus de Déploiement Stratégique (x-matrix) au sein des opérations du site. La personne doit être passionnée par la transformation des processus, la gestion des opérations, la stratégie et la résolution de problèmes basée sur les données.

 

The CI Manager will lead Continuous Improvement (CI) efforts at GATX’s railcar repair maintenance facility. This role will serve as a site CI champion ensuring full adoption of Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost (SQDC) components, lead Kaizen and Blitz events that deliver measurable, sustainable improvements, embed 5S practices, and lead/manage the Strategy Deployment process (x-matrix) within site operations. The individual must be passionate about process transformation, operations management, strategy and data driven problem solving.
