We are hiring a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, Sales to support and scale our Sales organization through systems ownership, data integrity, and operational excellence. As part of a centralized Revenue Operations team, this role plays a critical part in ensuring our sales teams have the tools, insights, and processes they need to drive pipeline, conversion, and revenue growth.
As a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, Sales, you will own and administer the core sales technology stack, partner closely with sales leaders and frontline reps, and translate real-world sales workflows into scalable, reliable systems. You will also play a key role in evaluating and implementing AI-powered tools that enhance seller productivity and accelerate the sales cycle. Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Own the administration, configuration, and optimization of CRM and GTM systems, including user management, data integrity, workflow automation, and system integrations, ensuring a reliable and scalable revenue tech stack.
- →Evaluate, implement, and manage AI-powered tools that enhance sales team productivity, including AI-assisted prospecting, forecasting, conversation intelligence, and workflow automation.
- →Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that deliver real-time visibility into pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and conversion rates, leveraging AI-driven analytics where applicable.
- →Ensure the accuracy and integrity of revenue-related data across all systems, establishing governance standards that support both human workflows and AI model reliability.
- →Track performance metrics for sales processes identifying areas for improvement.
- →Report on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and conversion rates, providing insights to leadership on opportunities for optimization.
- →Train and support team members on system processes, new tools, and AI features, driving adoption and helping the revenue org get maximum value from its stack.
- 5+ years sales ops experience in a B2B GTM motion.
- 1-2 years experience administering or supporting Salesforce in a sales or revenue operations role.
- Strong understanding of core sales metrics and processes, including pipeline management, forecasting, lead routing, and conversion tracking, with the ability to translate that knowledge into scalable system configurations and actionable reporting.
- Demonstrated aptitude for evaluating and implementing AI tools in a sales context, with hands-on experience leveraging AI to automate workflows, surface insights, and improve rep productivity across the sales cycle.
- Familiarity with modern sales tools and platforms such as Outreach, Chili Piper, and Gong, with a willingness to evaluate and adopt new technologies as the stack evolves.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and/or data visualization tools (e.g. Looker Studio, Tableau, etc.)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Experience in SaaS or technology industry.
