→Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, demand planning, inventory management, production scheduling, and logistics
→Develop and execute supply chain strategies that drive cost efficiency, service levels, and operational scalability
→Analyze demand trends and historical data to inform forecasting and supply planning decisions
→Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams to achieve targets related to cost, quality, delivery, and inventory
→Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency across the supply chain
→Establish and optimize best practices across:
→Manage supplier selection, relationships, and performance using key metrics (quality, delivery, cost)
→Lead, develop, and manage the supply chain team, including hiring and performance management
→Serve as a subject matter expert and champion supply chain tools, systems, and methodologies

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, MIS, or a related field
5+ years of progressive supply chain experience across areas such as demand planning, supply planning, sourcing, and inventory management
5+ years of people leadership experience
Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environments preferred
