Management Consultant – Commercial & Specialty Insurance

Location: London (Hybrid) | Practice Area: Insurance | Type: Permanent

• →Lead and support transformation initiatives across Commercial & Specialty Insurance, from discovery through to implementation
• →Conduct current state assessments and design target operating models across underwriting, claims, and policy administration
• →Define and document business and functional requirements, translating strategy into structured delivery artefacts
• →Manage workstreams, stakeholder engagement, governance, and implementation support including testing and UAT
• →Identify opportunities for digital enablement, platform optimisation, and operational efficiency improvements

• Strong experience within Commercial or Specialty Insurance, including London Market or broader corporate insurance environments
• Knowledge of Specialty lines such as Property, Liability, Marine, or Energy
• Demonstrable experience delivering business-led or technology-enabled transformation programmes
• Ability to bridge business and technology stakeholders within complex regulatory environments
• Strong communication, facilitation, and structured problem-solving capability

• Experience with insurance platforms such as Guidewire, Sequel, or legacy policy/claims systems
• Exposure to Agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid models
• Experience supporting post-merger integration or ESG/sustainability initiatives
• Professional certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, BCS Business Analysis, or Scrum Master
• Prior consulting or client-facing delivery experience
