Responsibilities

→Lead wealth operations optimisation initiatives across onboarding, servicing, and core operational processes
→Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies and value stream mapping to identify cost, efficiency, and quality improvement opportunities
→Design and deliver Agile-led operational transformation programmes
→Identify and implement AI-enabled automation and process redesign use cases
→Track and evidence measurable efficiency gains, cost optimisation, and service improvements

Strong experience within Wealth Management operations (front, middle, and/or back office)
Demonstrable delivery of Lean-led operational transformation programmes
Experience in value stream mapping, cost optimisation, and process redesign
Exposure to Agile transformation within operational environments
Ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate operational insights into strategic outcomes

Nice to Have
