AI Prompt Engineering Developer

This is an opportunity for an experienced Software Developer with a strong understanding of AI-assisted development and prompt engineering. Ideally this person will have hands-on development experience and be knowledgeable in how AI technologies and prompt-based workflows can be leveraged to improve software development and business processes.

• →Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using modern programming languages.
• →Utilize AI tools and prompt engineering techniques to support development and productivity initiatives.
• →Create, refine, and optimize prompts for AI-powered development workflows.
• →Collaborate with technical teams to identify opportunities for AI-enabled process improvements.
• →Apply development best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• →Support experimentation and adoption of emerging AI technologies within development

• 4-5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong programming experience in one or more of:
• Python
• Java
• Node.js
• Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• Experience working with AI tools, generative AI platforms, or prompt engineering concepts.
• Ability to effectively apply AI technologies to software development and operational activities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Experience incorporating AI-assisted development tools into daily workflows.
• Familiarity with prompt design, optimization, and testing techniques.
• Understanding of how AI technologies can enhance developer productivity and automation.
• Experience working in agile development environments.
