Senior Program Delivery Lead – Banking Technology Transformation
Quick Summary
Take ownership of integrated program delivery across five ETAM workstreams, aligning delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, resources, and acceptance criteria with strategic business objectives.
At Capco, we're looking for an accomplished Senior Program Delivery Lead to play a pivotal role in a major Enterprise Technology Asset Management (ETAM) transformation for a leading Tier 1 Canadian financial institution.

We're looking for someone who brings more than program management expertise: someone who can build trusted relationships, bring clarity to complexity, and take ownership of delivering meaningful change in a complex financial services environment.
