Technical Business Analyst
Location: Dallas, Texas (Hybrid) | Practice Area: Business Consulting | Type: Permanent
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements
- →Translate requirements into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria for Agile delivery
- →Support data-focused initiatives by working closely with data architects and analysts on solution design
- →Track project progress, manage backlogs, and coordinate releases using tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- →Contribute to testing, implementation, and issue resolution to ensure high-quality delivery
- 4+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in Agile environments
- Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
- Experience with SQL (Oracle, SQL Server; MongoDB is a plus) and data analysis
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and design artifacts
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Experience working on data management or data lineage projects
- Familiarity with UAT planning, execution, and documentation
- Experience with process modeling, wireframes, or design documentation
- Experience identifying and managing risks, issues, and dependencies
- Experience working in financial services or consulting environments
