Technical Program Manager

Experience: 10-18 Years

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager with a strong engineering background who has progressed from Software Engineer, Technical Lead, or Solution Architect into Program Management. The role will lead enterprise transformation, AI/GenAI, cloud modernization, strategic pre-sales initiatives, and portfolio delivery across multiple programs.

• →Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology and transformation programs.
• →Drive AI/GenAI, cloud migration, application modernization, and digital transformation initiatives.
• →Own program governance, budgeting, resource planning, risk management, and executive reporting.
• →Manage a portfolio of programs, ensuring alignment to business objectives and strategic priorities.
• →Partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Business leaders to define technology roadmaps.
• →Support pre-sales, solutioning, estimation, RFP/RFI responses, client presentations, and proposal development.
• →Engage with senior stakeholders and clients as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into technology solutions.
• →Ensure delivery excellence through Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and engineering best practices.

• Prior hands-on experience in Java, Python, .NET, or other enterprise technologies.
• Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of AI/GenAI, LLMs, Machine Learning concepts, and modern data platforms.
• Microservices, APIs, Kafka, Event-Driven Architecture, and Distributed Systems.
• Agile, Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD, and Program Governance.
• Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.

• Experience managing technology portfolios worth multi-million-dollar budgets.
• Strong background in pre-sales, solution consulting, and strategic account management.
• Certifications such as PMP, SAFe, AWS, Azure, or Cloud certifications.
