Capital Health Plan in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a full-time Board Certified Family Medicine Physician who is ready to build a rewarding, high-impact career in a supportive, patient-first environment.   • Competitive salary with a Physician Incentive Program - over $300,000 total earning potential

QUALIFICATIONS TO BECOME OUR BOARD CERTIFIED FAMILY MEDICINE PHYSICIAN

  • Active licensure to practice medicine in the State of Florida
  • Board certification in Family Medicine
  • Ability to obtain medical staff privileges within the local hospital network
  • Strong clinical judgment and commitment to quality care

 

Highly Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in managed care or population health models
  • Strong patient engagement and communication skills
  • Experience working in team-based care environments
