WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

This is a full-time Healthcare Chief of Staff position based in Tallahassee, FL. Your schedule will be as required to support the CEO and ensure the seamless execution of company priorities.

As a Healthcare Chief of Staff, you will spend your days supporting the CEO, playing a critical role in driving organizational effectiveness, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives. Acting as a key advisor and right-hand to the CEO, you will facilitate decision-making, manage priorities, and ensure seamless execution of company-wide goals. Your responsibilities will involve supporting executive leadership, leading cross-functional initiatives, preparing executive-level presentations and reports, providing analytic insights, and managing confidential information with the highest level of professionalism.

HEALTHCARE CHIEF OF STAFF REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, finance, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in a management or leadership role within the healthcare industry (preferred)
• Experience supporting executive leadership, senior leaders, or working in a Chief of Staff or similar strategic role
• Experience with strategic planning, project management, and operational execution
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment across departments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to support executive decision-making
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of executive-level presentations and reports
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and ability to manage confidential information
