THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• High school diploma or GED
• Willingness to learn scheduling software and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
• Strong computer and administrative skills
• Ability to operate standard office equipment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Healthcare, medical office, scheduling, patient service, or administrative experience is preferred.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A RADIOLOGY PATIENT CARE REPRESENTATIVE

This is a part-time position working 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM, every other weekend, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

As our Radiology Patient Care Representative, you'll help keep the patient experience running smoothly from start to finish. You'll welcome patients, verify coverage, assist with check-in, schedule appointments, answer calls, route inquiries, collecting payments, and document patient interactions. You'll also support patient flow throughout the department, coordinate follow-up appointments, manage medical records and electronic communications, assist with image requests, and help ensure the department remains organized, efficient, and focused on delivering high-quality patient care.
