Responsibilities

  • Ensure seamless communication with clients regarding scheduling options, clinician details, services, and insurance-related queries.
  • Uphold our commitment to timely communication by addressing emails, voicemails, and faxes within 24 hours.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field is required.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHR systems, mental health billing and coding, and denial management.
    • Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practice and procedures within medical billing and medical insurance field.
    • Maintain open communication with insurance verification team, billing department and office staff.
    • Works independently, detail-oriented and organized.
    • Basic computer knowledge with preferences for Microsoft Office and Google Suites/Workspace.
