Distribution Development Engineer

We have an exciting opportunity for a

• →Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, or a related field;
• →At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role;
• →Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required;
• →Demonstrated experience in engineering, project management, and process planning;
• →Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio;
• →Solid understanding of supply chain, transport, warehousing, and operations;
• →Strong process improvement and continuous improvement skills;
• →Creative, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to think outside the box;
• →Experience in management and/or operational consulting;
• →Experience leading major supply chain transformation initiatives and/or warehouse optimization projects across processes, IT, MHE, and workforce management.

• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or fashion;

• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to set priorities;

• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills;

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in teams;

• PRINCE2 or an equivalent project management qualification;

• Lean and Six Sigma experience is considered a plus;

• Knowledge of AI applications in supply chain, logistics or process improvement is considered a plus;

• Operational or logistics background.
