The Job
As a Bookkeeping Specialist, you will manage the day-to-day financial records for a diverse portfolio of business clients, helping ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with multiple clients, building trusted relationships, and providing high-quality financial support that helps businesses thrive.
What do we need you to do?
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts for multiple clients
- Record and categorize financial transactions in accounting software
- Reconcile bank, credit card, and loan accounts
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Prepare and post journal entries as needed
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Prepare financial statements and management reports
- Review financial records for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized and audit-ready documentation
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding bookkeeping matters
- Collaborate with payroll and tax teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Support special projects and additional accounting duties assigned
Qualifications for this position:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role

- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite
