This position does not have direct supervisory responsibility but may provide functional guidance or training support to operators and technicians as needed. 

• →Support end-to-end implementation of warehouse automation systems, including installation, testing, commissioning, and stabilization.
• →Provide technical support for integration with WMS, WCS, and WES platforms to ensure reliable system performance and data flow.
• →Troubleshoot automation system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues.
• →Monitor automation KPIs such as throughput, uptime, and accuracy, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• →Assist in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials for site operators.
• →Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure optimal system health and minimal downtime.
• →Participate in cross-functional project meetings and provide technical input to support timelines, budgets, and operational readiness.

• Ability to spend extended periods walking or standing on the warehouse floor during system installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Frequent movement between operational areas, including climbing stairs, accessing elevated platforms, and inspecting automation equipment.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes, vest, and hard hat when on-site.
• Regular use of computers, diagnostic tools, and handheld devices for system monitoring and troubleshooting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field),Masters degree is Preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environments.
• Hands-on experience supporting automated material handling, robotics, or warehouse automation systems preferred.

• Working knowledge of warehouse automation systems and controls.
• Familiarity with WMS, WCS, and WES environments.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
