Capstone Logistics is seeking dependable Warehouse Associates for a retail distribution operation in Valley City, Ohio. This position is ideal for individuals who prefer hands-on work, a predictable daily routine, and a consistent full-time schedule.

Associates work along a conveyor line, handling incoming merchandise, scanning cases, and building pallets for movement through the warehouse. The work follows an established process with clear expectations and ongoing production goals.

Pay is based on a shared production pool, with associates averaging approximately $750–$1,000 per week. Actual earnings may vary based on production.

  Unload cases of merchandise arriving on a conveyor line.

  Scan cases as required to track and process products.

  Lift, handle, and arrange merchandise onto pallets according to site procedures.

  Stack cases securely to prepare pallets for the next stage of distribution.

  Maintain a consistent work pace while meeting daily production expectations.

This is an active, physically demanding warehouse position. Associates spend most of the shift on their feet, working on concrete floors and performing repetitive lifting, scanning, and pallet-building tasks.

The workflow is structured and consistent. Employees follow the same general process throughout the shift, making this a good fit for people who enjoy routine, understand the importance of accuracy, and can maintain a steady pace over time.

Candidates should be comfortable with:

• Standing and walking for extended periods.

• Repeatedly bending, reaching, lifting, and handling merchandise.

• Lifting and carrying cases weighing approximately 25–75 pounds, as required by the job.

• Performing repetitive tasks throughout a full shift.

• Working toward production goals in a team-oriented environment.

• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to follow instructions and established work procedures.

• Comfortable performing continuous physical labor.

• Ability to maintain accuracy while working at a steady pace.

• Willingness to work collaboratively with other warehouse associates.

• Previous experience in warehousing, retail distribution, stocking, or unloading is helpful but not required.
