Warehouse Clerk

The primary duty of this position is to assist department performing any combination of clerical duties requiring general knowledge and application of various work methods and procedures.

• →Links inbound containers to CICS and JDA system (including expedite)
• →Resolves all ASN issues in a timely manner
• →Processes BOL's
• →Works closely with transportation regarding all inbound loads on the ILC yard
• →Monitor and logs all inbound loads
• →Communicates with inbound operations regarding all linking ASN and processing issues
• →Perform additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & PREREQUISITES

Required:

• →High School or GED equivalency
• →Familiarity with the Materials Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) binder
• →Possess basic computer skills (Excel & Word)
• →Possess good communication skills (oral & written)
• →General computer skills
• →Certified in the operation of forklifts
• →Must have a valid driver's license
• →Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed
• →Must be able to manage multiple tasks

• High School Diploma and or GED.
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management System equipment and basic warehouse familiarity
• Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the distribution/warehouse
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules
• Ability to set priorities and be able to multi-task with conflicting priorities
• Ability to read, understand, and follow directions/instructions
• Ability to work specified shifts
• Able to perform simple math calculations

One-hundred percent of work time is spent in a warehouse where temperatures are hot or cold (seasonally)
