Pay: $22.00/hour
Schedule: 6:00 AM or 6:00 PM Start Time

Capstone Logistics is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to support daily warehouse operations through administrative, inventory, and clerical functions. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate records, supporting site management, and ensuring smooth communication between the facility and corporate teams. Responsibilities

→Provide administrative, inventory, and clerical support to site management and corporate teams
→Enter daily operational data accurately into Capstone systems
→Prepare and process shipments and correspondence to and from the corporate office
→Receive, distribute, and maintain business communications and documentation
→Support reporting, filing, and other office-related functions
→Assist with additional administrative and operational duties as assigned

High-energy individual with a strong work ethic
Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Flexible and adaptable to changing operational needs
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Accurate data entry and strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Willingness to assist with light housekeeping duties within the office area
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and individuals
High school diploma required
Previous office, administrative, or clerical experience preferred

Requirements

Work in both office and warehouse environments
Comfortable working on concrete flooring and in changing temperatures
Frequent walking throughout the warehouse during the shift
