Warehouse Dock Coordinator

Location: Saint Louis, MO (STL)

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Shift: 6:00 AM or 6:00 PM Start Time

 

Capstone Logistics is seeking a reliable and organized Dock Coordinator to support the daily flow of warehouse operations through administrative, inventory, and dock coordination responsibilities. This role serves as a key communication link between warehouse operations, transportation partners, site leadership, and corporate teams while ensuring accurate documentation and data entry.

• Provide administrative, inventory, and clerical support to warehouse management and corporate teams

• Coordinate dock activity and assist with scheduling inbound and outbound shipments

• Perform accurate data entry of daily operational information into Capstone systems

• Prepare and process shipments, documentation, and communications for the corporate office

• Receive, distribute, and maintain operational paperwork and reports

• Support inventory tracking and warehouse reporting functions

• Communicate effectively with drivers, carriers, warehouse associates, and management

• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable making decisions and adapting to changing operational needs

• Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Accurate data entry and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Willingness to assist with general office organization and housekeeping duties

• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and individuals

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous administrative, transportation, warehouse, logistics, or clerical experience preferred

 

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods throughout the shift

• Work in both office and warehouse environments

• Frequent walking throughout the warehouse and dock area

• Ability to work on concrete floors and in varying warehouse temperatures
