Position Overview

We are seeking motivated, friendly, and customer-oriented individuals to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and helpful customer service.

• Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Assist customers with questions and general product needs.
• Be willing to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed.
• Perform duties associated with the position or department to which the applicant is assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented demeanor.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain a relaxed, friendly, yet professional demeanor.
• Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available to work nights and weekends as needed.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a multi-temperature environment, including refrigerated areas.
