ー品質保証部門業務－
・品質管理業務 (Certificate of Conformanceの送付依頼、入手、記録)
・苦情処理業務
　　苦情処理システム操作 (苦情処理システムに入力された苦情情報に対して
　　製品群別の担当者表に従って適切な製品調査担当者の割り当て)
　　検査レポートの文書管理システムを通した承認回覧レポート作成
　　苦情調査報告書（QAレター）作成支援
　　海外製造業者指定のシステムを通した苦情報告
　　（受入検査品、市場苦情含む）の支援
 

ー薬事部門業務－
・書類作成サポート
　　申請書作成（フォーマット化された書類の作成）
　　保険適用希望書
　　未承認医療機器の輸入報告書
・部門会議などの会議設定
・オフィスサプライ通販サイトを使った事務用品等の購入操作
・各種管理台帳や管理システムへの情報入力および管理

新宿本社に出勤可能な方であれば、

・承認書などの原本保管作業
・薬事申請書の作成サポート（特に印刷・発送）

必須条件

・障害者手帳をお持ちの方

・PC操作ができる方、特にMicrosoft Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook
（Wordでの資料作成、既存資料の更新、データ入力ができる方）
・対人的なコミュニケーション力のある方
・医療を通して社会に貢献したい方

・新宿本社もしくは袋井工場に、月二回程度出社可能な方（ハイブリッド勤務可能な方）
