Advisor, Financial Planning and Analysis

• →Report to Enterprise Director, FP&A with high visibility and engagement with the CFO, Finance VPs, and Investor Relations.
• →Work very closely with Enterprise, segment and corporate FP&A leaders, Treasury, Tax, Corporate Development, and Legal.
• →Facilitate the annual budgeting and strategic financial planning (3-year) process including, but not limited to, the consolidation of enterprise financials, trend analyses, financial schedules/graphs, and key planning processes.
• →Create materials for the CEO, CFO, and Board of Directors, including providing financial analysis and commentary.
• →Apply a continuous-improvement mindset to increase efficiency across all work areas.
• →Serve as an objective financial steward with an enterprise perspective, safeguarding our company's assets. Ensures strong controls are in place and the company's intellectual property is protected.

• 4-6 years of experience, preferred
• Bachelor's degree in related field, preferred, or equivalent work experience, preferred
• Strong proficiency in Excel, HFM, and SAP, preferred

Anticipated salary range: $82,100 - $117,200
