Process Inspector - 3rd Shift

• →The Process Inspector conducts quality checks on the produced product to ensure there are no visible defects
• →Visually inspects in-process/finished material while operating – informs designated teammates of any machine malfunction or defective product  
• →Accurately manages traceability information, production information, cleaning documentation, and safety check documentation in the company system with a detail-oriented and quality-focused approach
• →Starts machines, observes for correct operation, adjusts, and starts general troubleshooting as needed
• →Moves empty and full bags/totes/boxes to and from the machine, adds labels/weighs product/verifies count/adds to box/inserts into shipper as needed, and stacks onto pallet
• →Practices department’s medical manufacturing and housekeeping procedures and complete cleaning verification checklists as required
• →Read, write, comprehend, and follow specifications, procedures, and instructions written in English
• →Collaborate effectively with team members, utilizing strong interpersonal skills to foster a positive and productive team environment
• →Assist with other duties as assigned with or without accommodation
• →Work overtime as required

• High School Diploma or GED, preferred
• 1+ years related work experience and/or training, preferred

• Applies acquired knowledge and skills to complete standard tasks
• Readily learns and applies new information and methods to work in assigned area
• Maintains appropriate licenses, training and certifications
• Works on routine assignments that require some problem resolution
• Works within clearly defined standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods
• Adheres to all quality guidelines
• Works under moderate degree of supervision
• Work typically involves regular review of output by work lead or supervisor
• Refers complex unusual problems to supervisor
