Sr Engineer, Software/Information Platform

• →Lead the design, development, and enhancement of core software & information platforms
• →Provide platform metrics & proactively identify patterns to improve platform stability
• →Ability to break down complex initiatives into small actionable work items 
• →Troubleshoot complex platform and cloud issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and drive long‑term stability and performance improvements.
• →Establish platform standards, best practices, and governance across cloud architectures, integrations, and application frameworks.
• →Collaborate with Application Development, Infrastructure, and Architecture teams to translate business requirements into robust platform designs and reusable components.
• →Mentor and guide engineers across teams by providing architectural insights, code reviews, knowledge sharing, and technical leadership

• 8-12 years of experience, preferred
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
• 5+ years of hands-on GCP experience in products like Compute Engine, IAM and APIs
• Experience maintaining Databricks platform

• Applies advanced knowledge and understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to manage a wide variety of projects
• Participates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals
• Recommends new practices, processes, metrics, or models
• Works on or may lead complex projects of large scope
• Projects may have significant and long-term impact
• Provides solutions which may set precedent
• Independently determines method for completion of new projects
• Receives guidance on overall project objectives
• Acts as a mentor to less experienced colleagues

Anticipated salary range: $123,400 - $176,300
