Treasury Advisor

• →Support daily international treasury operations, including cash and liquidity management, payment execution, cash forecasting, risk mitigation, reporting, analytics, and bank account administration
• →Monitor and manage daily cash positions and short-term liquidity forecasts to ensure international legal entities and businesses have adequate funding.
• →Identify efficient funding alternatives and recommend appropriate actions to optimize liquidity.
• →Invest international cash in accordance with the company’s investment policy while balancing liquidity, risk, and efficiency.
• →Apply knowledge of global banking practices to advise on bank account structures, products, services, and overall banking strategies.
• →Lead bank account opening, closing, and maintenance activities, including the management of bank fees and identification of cost-reduction opportunities.
• →Lead and support treasury projects, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.
• →Proactively develop technical expertise and stay current on treasury trends, market dynamics, and industry best practices.
• →Provide regional support and cross-functional coverage for treasury operations.
• →Manage time-sensitive guarantee requirements for bids and tenders, coordinating with banks and internal business partners to ensure timely issuance.
• →Maintain strong internal controls and ensure treasury activities are executed accurately and in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• →Analyze treasury data and develop insights and recommendations that support business and policy decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
• 3+ years of corporate treasury experience, preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including spreadsheet modeling and data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and treasury practices.
• Demonstrated ability to apply corporate finance and treasury principles to business decisions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Previous experience with a Treasury Management System preferred; Kyriba experience is a plus.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification preferred.

Anticipated salary range: $82,100-$128,920
