Position Overview
The Cardiac & Vascular Institute (TCAVI) is seeking a full-time Electrophysiologist to join our growing physician-led cardiovascular practice serving Gainesville and the surrounding Central Florida region. This role includes a mix of clinic, hospital, and Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) responsibilities with exposure to both bread-and-butter and complex electrophysiology procedures.
Key responsibilities/services include:
The incoming physician will work alongside CT surgical support for complex hospital-based cases and collaborate with a dedicated team of APPs, scribes, medical assistants, and administrative staff. Shared call responsibilities across the group provide strong physician support and work-life balance.
Compensation includes a competitive base salary, full benefits, sign-on bonus, additional incentives, relocation assistance, and partnership/equity opportunities.

Position Overview
The Cardiac & Vascular Institute (TCAVI) is seeking a full-time Electrophysiologist to join our growing physician-led cardiovascular practice serving Gainesville and the surrounding Central Florida region. This role includes a mix of clinic, hospital, and Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) responsibilities with exposure to both bread-and-butter and complex electrophysiology procedures.
Key responsibilities/services include:
- Diagnosis and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias, both standard and complex
- Performance of routine and complex catheter ablations
- Implantation and management of cardiac devices
- Electrophysiology studies, intracardiac mapping, remote monitoring, and comprehensive inpatient/outpatient EP care
- Opportunities for watchman implantation and other electrophysiology-related structural heart procedures

- J1 and H1-B physician waiver sponsorship available
