We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our Corporate HR team. This is a full-time, hybrid / remote position.

This role is a key partner in delivering employee-focused HR programs, supporting benefits administration, managing employee leaves and workers' compensation, and ensuring a positive employee experience across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a trusted HR resource to employees and leaders, providing guidance on HR policies, programs, and employee matters.
• Manage Leave of Absence (LOA) programs, including FMLA, disability, state leave programs, and workplace accommodations.
• Oversee the administration of the company's workers' compensation program, partnering with employees, managers, medical providers, and insurance carriers throughout the claims process.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, life event changes, employee education, and coordination with benefit providers.
• Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and HR operations processes.
• Partner with leaders to address employee concerns and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Maintain accurate HR records and provide reporting and workforce insights.
• Support wellness, engagement, and safety initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
• Assist with HR projects and organizational initiatives that support company growth and operational excellence.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of progressive Human Resources Generalist experience.
• Experience with employee benefits administration, leave management, and workers' compensation.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to travel occasionally to company locations as needed.
