About the Role

A dynamic leadership position responsible for both branch operations management and hands-on care coordination across the Colonial Heights and Mechanicsville markets. You will serve as a leader, problem-solver, and relationship-builder - bridging clients, caregivers, and internal teams to drive efficiency, quality, and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate caregiver scheduling across multiple service areas for optimal client-caregiver matches
  • Build strong relationships with clients and families through proactive communication
  • Conduct client satisfaction calls, visits, and service follow-ups across assigned territories
  • Resolve concerns quickly while delivering a high-touch client experience
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across Colonial Heights and Mechanicsville service areas
  • Monitor and act on KPIs including client satisfaction, retention, and service quality
  • Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements
  • Partner with clinical, recruiting, and leadership teams to drive results
  • Lead, coach, and develop scheduling, recruiting, and office staff
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of team members
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performing culture across the region
  • Ensure adherence to all federal, state, local, and company policies
  • Maintain audit-ready files, documentation, and reporting
  • Track caregiver credentials, telephony, and performance issues
  • Review billing and pay rates; ensure payroll accuracy

Requirements

  • Experience in home care, healthcare ops, staffing, or service coordination
  • Strong multi-location team leadership skills
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities
  • Highly organized, analytical, and results-driven

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field
  • Experience managing operations or branch performance
  • Knowledge of private duty / home care regulations and best practices
