Recruitment & Employment Specialist - Home Care

This is not a remote or Hybrid position, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm in our office in Alexandria VA.  this role is required to spend at least 1 day pr week in or Sterling VA office as well.

What You'll Do

You'll be the heartbeat of our recruitment engine, driving growth and connection across the community:

• Lead the charge on recruitment strategy - from job fairs to referral networks, you'll be everywhere caregivers are.
• Spot talent fast - screen, interview, and onboard candidates who embody our values of Compassion, Attitude, Respect, and Excellence.
• Keep the team thriving - launch recognition programs, track turnover, and design retention strategies that keep caregivers engaged.
• Be the culture champion - deliver warm, inspiring orientations that make every new hire feel like family.
• Own compliance & HR essentials - maintain personnel files, oversee screenings, and ensure we're always audit-ready.
• Stay agile - jump in to support on-call needs, resolve challenges quickly, and keep operations running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

• A relationship-builder who thrives on connecting with people.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office savvy).
• High school diploma or GED (bonus points for healthcare or customer service experience).
• Sharp communication skills - verbal and written.
• Organized, adaptable, and ready to problem-solve on the fly.
