Job Summary:
A reputed 5-star hotel in Kuwait is seeking Guest Relations Officers at fresher level. The role involves providing exceptional guest service and supporting daily front office operations in accordance with international hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests in a professional manner
Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain accurate guest records
Comply with hotel service standards and policies

Candidate Requirements:
Freshers are welcome to apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Willingness to relocate and work in Kuwait
Hospitality education is an advantage but not mandatory
