Associate Application Developer

ADP is actively seeking new graduates to join their Global Product and Technology (GPT) Development Program. This program aims to nurture the next generation of technologists by providing a six-week training period where you'll acquire essential tools, technical knowledge, and technology skills. Following the training, you'll take on the role of Associate Application Developer, working alongside accomplished computer scientists and engineers to contribute to the development of ADP's cutting-edge technologies. ADP is a global leader in HR technology, known for its AI and machine learning-enhanced solutions in payroll, tax, HR, and benefits. The ideal candidate should be completing a bachelor's or graduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, possess knowledge of programming and scripting languages like Java, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and Python, exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills, critical thinking abilities, and a passion for next-generation technologies. Preferred qualifications include being a Spring 2024 Graduate, familiarity with technologies like Spring Boot, React, Node.js, and Angular, understanding of server, database, and storage technologies, knowledge of Linux and/or Windows-based operating systems, and proficiency in English.
