The job summary for the described position is as follows: As a member of the SaaS Cloud Security Threat and Vulnerability Management team at Oracle, your primary role is to oversee the identification, assessment, and resolution of security vulnerabilities within Oracle's SaaS Cloud infrastructure. This entails establishing and maintaining relationships between vulnerability discovery channels and development or infrastructure groups, ensuring the efficient handling of security-related changes. You'll be responsible for processing data from various testing and scanning tools, translating it into easily digestible formats for reporting and dashboards that showcase overall risk levels to management. Your work will involve continuous collaboration with a dedicated security engineering team to enhance automation in collecting, analyzing, and curating vulnerability threat information. The role necessitates extensive technical security knowledge, hands-on experience with industry-standard vulnerability assessment tools, and a deep understanding of cloud security. Additionally, you'll actively monitor external data sources for threat intelligence, provide regular threat analysis, conduct vulnerability assessments, coordinate security efforts with internal teams and external suppliers, and contribute to the development of security solutions and standards to support Oracle's SaaS growth while fostering collaboration within the broader security community.
